Cottages and Family Suites - (half board rate is available on request)

Children are welcome at the hotel. We have Family Suites in the hotel and in the new cottages a short distance from the main house. The new cottages are a lot more basic than the rooms in the hotel. The Children's Half Board rate includes Children’s High Tea which is at 5.15pm.

Self-Catering Suites

Self-catering cottages on the Estate are also available. Please ask reception for separate tariff.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in the New Cottages only. Owners are responsible for any damage . There is a £ 15.00 daily charge (excluding food) for dogs to cover cleaning. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning to carpets and soft furnishings if necessary.

Conferences & Functions

We specialise in Weddings, Functions and other Private Parties using the hotel on an exclusive basis.
Please ask for more details.

Payment

A deposit of £50.00 or 25% of the booking value (whichever is higher) is payable at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Switch.
Cheques should to be made payable to The Priory Bay Hotel.
Prices are correct at the time of going to press. The Hotel reserves the right to alter any prices and seasons at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking:

• More than 14 days prior to arrival your deposit will be returned less £30 administration fee.

• 7 - 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be non-refundable.

• 3 - 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

• Bookings cancelled within 3 days of arrival will be charged in full.
